Factory Equipment Group Listings for FLH 1965 Model Year

Hello - hoping someone out there can help me with this. Completing my library on the '65 and although I have other publications that list the chrome groupings for 1965, presumably from the HD Factory or Delaers info or order sheets It would be really nice if I had a copy of the actual HD publication or sheet showing the listing and differences for the various groups:

Chrome Finish Group 1
King of the Highway #F-5
King of the Highway #F-6
King of the Highway #F-7

Anyone have the HD docs/brochures that can copy and post or even fax? Or if you want to sell originals PM me.

Would be greatly appreciated - have some pages reserved in the big black bible :-)
