Rocker bearing

While looking through rocker arm bearings I found one stamped FE and has the oiler slot like the intakes but this one-if installed on the ft. exhaust puts the slot towards the pushrod. The slot has no use if a normal nut & washer are used. I looked in Palmers and found no mention of it. It has the rough cast top with the normal numbers cast in it.
