I'm having problems with my oil pressure switch on my 1938 EL. It worked ok at first but now it's turning my red light on when oil pressure is good etc... (checked with an oil pressure gauge to be sure). It's also seeping oil. I tried to clean it to see if that would help. There was dirt in the little pin hole on the body so I took it out. Now when the engine is running I get oil coming out of the pin hole. What's this pin hole for anyway? and is there anything I can do to repair this original part rather than finding another?
