Over the years, I've seen a lot of servi-car front ends that were black. I'm pretty sure that it was paint from the factory. But has anyone used powder coat on an aluminum wide glide? Do you think powder coat or paint would best for this situation? Was the steering damper knob black from the factory? This is for a '61 G so it has the '60 and up headlight housing. Thanks, Lloyd
