Does anyone know the factory clearance for the jiffy stand leg bushing O.D. to the jiffy stand casting bore ? The O.D. of the bushing, the diameter which fits into the casting bore, is barrel shaped. I have an oem casting with an approximate bore diameter of .937". Oddly enough, i have an nos casting with a bore size of .981". That is quite a difference between the two bore sizes. An oem bushing I possess has a uniform outside diameter of .921" on the larger area of the barrel shape. An after market bushing, made in the USA measures out at, .944". Again...quite a difference between the two bushing sizes. Even the bushing flange diameters are different. The oem bushing flange diameter is 1-1/16". The aftermarket bushing flange diameter is 1-5/16". Both casting numbers are identical on the two castings. The casting marks are different though. Paps
