    Another problem, another post!

    As the new owner I'm going over this machine to familiarize myself with it.

    I wonder if the clutch adjusting push-rod set up is correct. In the pix you can see a domed nut locking the clutch push-rod. Also the end of the rod sticks out from the chain-case.
    Is that correct?

    I can't find a pix to compare.
    Surely the locking nut must be standard, not domed.
    I've had some good outings on this machine but because of the inadequate brakes, and living in the south of England, heavy traffic and all that, I won.t be keeping it. Pity, it really is pretty.

    I was looking for a later 45, which I have owned in the past but the D appeared first.
