My questions deals with the shifter lever stud - 2206-16 - and the fitment to the lever.
When fitted on the left tank bottom - in that small tube .... does the stud butt up against the the shifter lever so the lever does not grind against the tube?
The end of the stud shoulder is below the end of the tube on my tank - and I think it should extend past the tube (so I'll need to file the end of the tube down a wee bit).
Am I on the right track - or am I missing something ?
