Greetings,
I made some H-D step starter kits.
The kit includes:
Pawls p/n BG303
Brake Sleeve Washer p/n Bg313
Friction Disc Spring
The pawls are made of 8620 carburized (tip only) and hardened. The spring and drag springs on the pawls are made of 1095 tempered spring steel. The sleeve washer is brass.
