1910 harley eclypse brake parts needed

Hello, does anyone know of a source for the internals for an early eclypse hub. not sure if its Harley or not but rim measures about 24.25" across. belt sheave is 20" across where belt runs. I may have to use it on my 1913 harley until I can find one that is correct for my bike.
