My name is John and I am attempting to have rebuilt a 1949 Indian Scout model 249. Many people have already contributed generously with knowledge, parts, restoration and reconditioning; Jim Preussner, Pete Sink, Mike Tomas, Stan Selerowski, Jim Garrrett, Rory Buxton, Brian Riegel, Steven Fiedler and many others. If there are members who have 249 parts such a complete original mufflers, moto lamps, cam gears, Linkert vs. Amal carbs, an air cleaner, pinion gear, inner race and rolls as well as pinion gear nut ; these are the major parts I need at this stage.
I would enjoy hearing challenges and parts offers as we get back to work in the next month.
