I got there this way on new website:
Log on - hover over green CHAPTERS - click on Chapter newsletters - see "Click on Folder icon to view more subfolders" - click on chapter newsletters folder icon which opens a list of years - click on year.
Foot of snow here and been getting exercise shovellin' out!

Accessing Virtual Library

Hello 48 Indy, give this a try...

First go to https://www.antiquemotorcycle.org/ and be sure you're logged in, then follow the prompts in this screenshot in numerical order: Accessing VML.jpg. This should take you to the Virtual Library and you should see a screen like this: VML home page.JPG.

I don't find any of the previous or newly put up chapter newsletters. It sayon the new and improved website that the folder is empty. Am I missing something?

Same here, repeated log in attempts all failed the last couple of days.

Send an email to Geoffrey Walsh at Club Express. He helped me with an issue and was very prompt in responding.

My merchandise arrived yesterday and they threw in a 2020 calendar for free!
