I came across a collection of photographs from inside the Lewis factory and decided to dig a little deeper into their history. Turns out to be pretty interesting, starting with bicycles in 1893, they moved to motorcycles by 1901 and had a water cooled model by 1905. These photos were taken between 1904-1906 and you can see the transition from bicycle to motorcycle start to take place.
