I got this early seat and need help with it. It will go on a early 20's chief
but I am not concerned with correctness. My question is "are these 2 parts to
the same seat? notice the lineup. the short studs, 2 up, 2 down, don't line up
exactly. off by maybe 1/2". seems maybe there would be 2 springs between them?
again, I can make it work but would like to know what I have here. I have pulled
