Harley's Capital Drive plant in Milwaukee is closed. I think Harley opened the plant in 1947.
I drove past on the freeway and the large Harley sign was gone - just an ugly "for sale" banner on the wall. Had a bit of a nostalgic feeling. Always enjoyed riding past the huge bar-and-shield while on my Harley.
