Okay Steve, do you know the story that goes with those two photos you posted above and who the two riders are?

The rider on the left looks like Joe Wolters, and guessing Red Parkhurst on the right. I thought Wolters was a factory Excelsior rider in the mid-teens, but I'll bet they all loved riding different bikes. I've always loved this picture, no license plates, and 2 high performance H-Ds in the Winter. Hope someone can put names to the riders.

Here are two photos a friend found in an album somewhere. They were both taken on Vancouver Island, British Columbia. First is at the summit of the Malahat Pass, second is in the town of Duncan.
