Identify this Decal?

This faint image appears on my 1930 Indian 101 Scout rear fender. I can imagine it says something with “Riders” in the upper right quadrant but not sure. Even looks like head feathers poking through at the top left. Does this look “Laughing Indian Riders” to anyone? Where could I find such a decal? Thanks
