'32 Chief rear fender

I am trying to help a friend and fellow AMCA member locate a fender for his long-term (19 years) project, since he cannot go on-line. It is a rear one for a '32 Chief - we know, it is not going to be easy. He has what we believe is a '31 and older rear to trade, or he will buy one straight out.
