Trade up or down

One of my friends who is not a member here and is not too internet savvy has a beautiful, correct 35 Chief that he is looking to trade up or down for a 38-42 Four cylinder. This bike is an older Bollenbach restoration utilizing 95%+ original parts, that when completed, had little or no miles put on it at that time and was a display piece. When my friend acquired about 6 months ago, he went entirely through the motor, trans and the entire rest of the bike and put about 300 or so miles on it to insure no issues. He is not interested at this time to outright sell it, but is looking as mentioned for a trade up or down for a late model Four.
