Does anyone have a part number/ description/or pic of the throttle cable clamp used on a 66 flh.
I acquired a linkert dc7 from a fellow amca member. I was told V-twin makes a repop. I also looked in the Colony book. It shows one for 70-72 xlch, and another for earlier sportsters/ k models , no mention of 66 flh. V twin clamp looks like the late style clamp. The earlier style has a 90 degree bend in it. I’m assuming that one of these is correct seeing that the dc carbs were used on sportsters for a few years. I believe, with my very limited knowledge of sportys, that they were mounted on the left side? Not sure if this makes a difference. Clarification would be appreciated. Thanks Doniii
