"Old Sol" Hawthorne Universal Bracket

I am seeking a source for mounting brackets (clamps) to attach an "Old Sol" "Hawthorne Universal Bracket" to the front of my 1912 Harley-Davidson. I recently acquired the Hawthorne Universal Bracket with the Presto-Lite tank and light, but it was missing the mounting brackets (clamps) that attach it to the (1) handle bars and the (2) fork. Below is an Old Sol ad with the mounting brackets (clamps) circled that I need. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
