30-31 Harley Title

I have a 30 VL and a 31V engine case. These came with a Bill of Sale and I would like to title my bike. I am just wondering if anyone has a title for either of these? The VIN # ends in 67 (30VL) and 94 (31V). I can be private messaged for the entire VIN.
