Original Harley Police Memo pad holder. These were sold in the early Harley accessory catalogs. It doesn’t have the clamp that holds it to the handlebar but the clamp is easy to fabricate. The memo pad holder itself is the hard part to find. $300 plus shipping. Call/text any???? 606-634-1245
