Want to trade Knuck frame for Pan frame

I talked a guy out of altering his Knuckle frame to fit a Pan motor, if he can get a decent frame in trade. His has been raked at one time tool box and ft. loops removed. Also some plate added around axle castings, but not welded solid (looks easily removable without further damage). Brake tube and top motor mt. are still in original shape.
He wants a un raked rigid and I don't think tabs and tank mounts matter. If interested I'll try to get him to send some pics.
