  • 1929 D "Boardtracker"

I know - no such animal!!!This was meant to be an economical fun project.
    It goes like this:-
1929 D case possibly from a hillclimber - no generator mount, flywheels may be WR. Needs some welding as the gen mount removal was amaturish.
XL "P" cams - replace #4 shaft to run the original oil pump[have the correct shaft] & modify the #1 cam shaft to run a Joe Hunt mag[which Is included] horizontally inplace of the OEM timer.
1930/31 D/DL frame & transmission[nice condition with some NOS gears] with a nice RL working clutch.Period correct primary cover - solid, but needs restoration.
1929 fork - decent & pretty complete with correct brake.Custom handlebars.
Have a line on a rear wheel hub/brake.Plan is to lace up 21" wheels.
XL top end with new cylinders & pistons
XL heads are re-built & converted for individual carbs - modify the flanges for linkerts - plan is to machine the fins for exposed rockers/valve train
Dual M18 linkerts - missing 1 needle lever[for now] & will be re-built for sale with NOS parts.New dull nickle plating on the bodies.Indian/Knucklehead choke shafts to permt ease linking the chokes.
Many more parts included.$5,500 OBO sidevalve@nor-del.com for pics/details/parts list Bill 226-567-4043 Other projects - 35RL flat tracker,37ULH,39ULH bobber
