  • 2004 Indian & Classic American Iron Daytona Rally

Because Klassix Auto Attraction is gone, we have moved our Indian & Classic American Iron Daytona Rally to Daytona International Speedway, renamed it the Classic American Iron Daytona Rally and made it FREE!

Held Thursday, March 5, 2004 during Daytona Bike Week, the Classic American Iron Daytona Rally is open to all pre-1984 American bikes, original, restored or custom.

Free registration opens at 10 AM, Free field events (slow race, balloon toss, etc) start a noon and judging starts at 1 with trophies at 3 PM.

This event is basically the same as the last decade - fun bike show and field events, but it's now outside the Speedway and is free for everyone. Sorry, no vendors, but lots of free fun.

Still put on by Buzz Kanter and American Iron Magazine, so you can still count on magazine coverage and a chance to get your bike photographed and featured in American Iron Magazine.

    Good stuff Buzz.

Enjoyed seeing our very own Frenchy and his Indian Chief in the latest issue. Keep up the great work! The military HD was good also. I enjoy the broad spectrum that you cover.

Yes, Frenchy and his Chief were quite the story. We met and photographed him and his bike at our Daytona rally, where we often find and photograph a number of the Classic American Iron features in the magazine.

Here is a chance for more AMCA members to showcase their handiwork and bikes for outsiders and thet might end up in American Iron Magazine or on national TV (Speed Channel and sometimes Discovery join us at our events.)

Hope to see lots of fellow AMCAers there. And it's FREE!
