Need an ID on these two pre-WW I bikes please!

Dear AMCA members -

An enthusiast recently emailed me recently and asked to ID these two bikes from his family.

One is an Excelsior for sure, but I am not sure about the second bike. (?) Maybe a V-twin Harley or Indian from the same period, (?) but I am not sure?

I know someone out there can help? Make-model-year please! Any and all help greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

The first Excelsior is a 1911 twin. A bit of a rare bird and a beautiful motorcycle. The second Excelsior is a '12 or '13 twin. To address the 3rd picture, the '12-'13 is on the left, and the '11 is on the right.
