Rajah rubber spark plug books

Did any other Indians beside the vertical twins use these Rajah rubber boots.
Something ago I found a small mail bag of them with the return address

Steve Johnson made exact replicas of Indian Chief spark plug wires. His set was marked '35-'41. If you knew Steve, he was a perfectionist and you can bet he got them exactly right.
