OHV throttle levers

Looking in Palmer's for what throttle lever would be correct for my 47 knuckle, I noticed he describes only 4 of the five levers pictured (pg246). So what lever is correct for my 1947 knuckle and what is the unidentified lever for?

I have the center lever with the single hole for thottle cable.
