1938-40 speedo

I need some help finding the person or business that I bought this speedo from. The info I have is J Napierala 3842 Foxborough Trail Mississauga Ont. Canada L5N7T9. I bought it in 2003 ,that might be why I can't locate him now. Any help would be great!!!!
