I can scan one from "The legend begins" if that helps.

I have an original Chris, but it will be a couple days. I'm in the middle of a deer hunt and can't get to it right now.

Am I missing something on this order blank? No 80" ULH High Compression model available in 1937?

I am not doubting but what makes this a 1943 order blank? I can't see 1943 on it anyplace, but then I'm viewing it on my phone. Am I missing something? Thanks.

I believe as follows: Robbie posted first version of 1937 Season Order Blank (with initial two (2) standard color options), which was effective until November 30, 1936. ULH is listed on second version of 1937 Season Order Blank (with three (3) color options), which was effective on and from November 30, 1936. For later years, HD generally identified new versions of the season order blank by adding a letter to the suffix of the form reference number and, for some later years, updating the date code that was included in the form reference number. But, for MY1937, the second version of the season order blank was not identified as F-404-37A or F-404-37A-11-30-36. I'm only aware of two (2) versions of the order blank for MY1937 and I believe that they are both identified as F-404-37.

The Special Police Motorcycle Order Blank is identified (by a form reference number in the top left corner of the header) as F-404-43.

Thanks for pointing that out. Didn't notice that until you mentioned it. Now I'm wondering if there may be other differences between the blanks (in addition to the color options and the ULH). I don't know why the ULH wasn't listed on the earlier version of the season order blank. Availability? Business decision? Typo? Someone else may know.

Maybe it was a period in time, when they were transitioning from the '36 80" VLH to the new ULH ?
