    Looking to replace timer shaft bushing in end plate, does anyone make this cannot find part number in spare parts book

    The end plate of the generator?
    As in the gear end bearing carrier plate held onto the main generator body with three screws...
    You are looking to replace the bushing in the vertical hole that’s offset from the centerline where the circuit breaker slides in from the top???

          There is no bushing there. It's a cast Iron part and the distributor is a slip fit into it. The distributor never rotates in the cover so a bushing is not needed.
          If you are talking about where the front armature bearing fits, that's a light press fit and the bearing is held in place with the front bearing retainer plate.
          If either of those areas is excessively loose, then the front cover is damaged and needs to be replaced.

            There is a grease fitting there assumed there would be a bushing.Have excessive play in timer shaft, my problem my be in the distributor base is there any bushing there, or does anyone make replacement bases that you know of.
