  • Help identify this tail light housing

    I bet someone out there can tell me what this taillight assembly is off.

    The bucket looks like a proprietary item used on trailers and trucks. If you take that off, there might be "Harley-Davidson" stamped in the metal. Unfortunately, someone would have drilled through the stamping to mount that cheesy bucket. But, people did what they had to do to keep things rolling along.

          That is savable with a carefully made steel plug of the right diameter. Ballpeen the plug tight, judicious filing, and Bob's your uncle. I've seen reproduction buckets, so good find, Pat.
