  • Spade connectors

I've got a neutral switch for my 1971 FLH ( 71507-71 )that has spade connectors . They measure about .290 wide . The biggest female connectors I can find are .25 . Any one know if they make bigger ones ? Thanks, Mike

Spade connectors are typically available in 1/4" wide and 3/8" wide. I have only seen the 3/8" connectors available for 12-10 gauge wires, yellow insulators.
These yellow ones are bigger than your 0.290" terminals and will look big and bulky on your switch, as well as not fitting your wire very well.
If your terminals are 0.290" wide, the factory may have used an OEM terminal for that use.
You could narrow your terminals to take a red or blue 1/4" terminal.

Ck with a factory dealer, they are likely still floating around out there.

I think your OEM pt no is 9875.
Wire terminal female spade type, 5/16" slot-16-22 g wire.
Terminal no 9913 is similiar but for 14-16 g wire.

This looks like an uninsulated terminal in the parts book photo.
Some of these terminals had a snap on insulated sleeve, but not sure if it is applicable in this use. From memory, they were only used a right angle terminals.
