  • Grandfathers bike

This a picture of my Grandfathers bike, my Mom was born in 1918 and he died in in 1927 and by the time I found this picture I was 21 Mom was 63 and my Grandmother was 86 so they could not tell me much about the bike. I have the original copy and it is printed on a postcard. Can anyone tell me the year?DSC02534.jpg

    Thanks Steve

Sure is a neat picture. I am taking a wild stab, but I think it may be a 1911.

Here is a link to a video of one.

You are welcome Steve. I really do think it is a 1911. 1910 the handlebars are different, 1912 and 1913 the front fender is different. I still cannot be 100% sure???

          I agree with 1911.
          1912 the frame changed.
The 1911 rear of the frame, angles start at the seat post as in this pic.
1912 & later the frame angles start in front of the seat post a few inches & the back end of the tanks are also at that angle.
