  • Maybe this one will excite some people!

My 1942 FL recent find did not excite many. Maybe this one will. Real Deal 1939 WLD found by a friend in an old lumber year and purchased by me! Must have been raced but sitting for decades.

Oh yeah, for the record, I was excited about your '42 find also!
      Enjoy!

Horn was left on it but the seat and headlight were added because they were found in the same shed at the same time as the bike. Jerry

Chris For the record 40 years ago 'Tractor Bob" who is a folk hero among most motorcyclists in central Wisconsin used to show up at the local hill climbs riding an almost street legal 1948 Pan and proceed to take a few things off and up the hill he'd go. When the climb was over he'd bolt the stuff back on and ride it home.

Chris If you wouldn't mind could you start posting pictures of some of your recent barn/shed finds. I'd like to see them Jerry

Pretty cool Jerry. Yhay must be the one we talked about. I guess I was confused and thought it was a WLDR. Perhaps the racing thing stuck in my pea brain. It would be a killer period bar hopper!

I haven't ever had a barn find. Barns are kinda rare in Los Angeles.
