Found this bike/scooter a few years ago. Jacobsen lawn mower company in Racine wisconsin produced approxmately 12 of these motor kits (like whizzers) to compete with the whizzers. The Racine explorer Scouts where going to ride these around Lake Michigan, but the story goes that old man Jacobsen's kid got his finger cut in the belt so he dumped the project. I know of a restored one in Racine and mine an unrestored onenybody have any other info on this bike?
