I would suggest there be a new category created and titled "Events" (or something similar).
I have made numerous posts in several appropriate (or so I thought since they were subsequently deleted by an admin) regarding a Concours event that will feature vintage trikes. Of my many posts in several appropriate forums, only the post in the three-wheel forum category remained/remains.
Were there to be a "motorcycle events" category, I certainly would have posted the info there. By placing my multiple posts in multiple categories, I had hoped to alert members to the event and garner interest in it - for entries of vintage trikes AND to let those who might otherwise be interested in it know when/where it would happen so they could attend as spectators.
Having a dedicated events category would be beneficial to members - so they can see upcoming events they might like to attend - and for event organizers so they can communicate that an event is taking place.
