I have some information I found in Indian Motorcycle Illustrated, Autumn 1994 p. 62-67.
In the early 1930s B.E. Andre, Known as "Bee" to those who frequented his shop, owned and operated an Indian Motorcycle shop called, B.E. Andre Motorcycles and Bicycles at 913 Quarrier Street in Charleston, the state capital. Later, the shop moved to Virginia Street where the Kanawha County Courthouse Annex stands today. His son's name is Richard A. Andre.
B.E. lived from 1886-1963.
