Excelsior identification

I'm trying to find the year of an Excelsior twin fuel tank. It measures 28"long by 8" high and about 5" wide. The tank is made entirely of copper and has an externally mounted aux oil pump. It also has a notched device that I believe was to adjust tension for the belt drive. Orig. color is grey with fine blue pin stripes.
