  • Frame Jig

Can any of you set me up with some photos or scetches. Of a good frame jig for the Knuckle and Pan head frames. I'm going to build one and thought I would get some ideas from other builders. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Even if you know someone who has one that can give me some ideas.
    Thanks

I was just talking to someone else about this- 14 IND. Here is a page showing a bicycle frame jig. I think that this may set you in the right direction. Or at least give you an idea. Imagine an upright box (square tube) with threw locating bars for craddle frame. Or an internal box onto which the pipes are aligned. It is ALOT of work to build/set this up. So that it is accurate and true. I feel it would be easier/cheaper to locate someone that has a purpose built jig. Pay a set-up charge and sweat together a lump of frames for you -based on spec. measurements.
