FAM member 1907. Dad=Mr. "loop frame" George Wagner. St. Paul, MN
In October of 1910, Clara Wagner, an 18-year old rider, rode a four-horsepower motorcycle in an endurance race from Chicago to Indianapolis. She achieved a perfect score, defeated most of the men, yet was denied a trophy by the Federation of American Motorcyclists who claimed that her victory was “unofficial.”

I guess the thing about this picture that most interests me is the belt cover. And the brake. Just thought someone else may find this interesting also.
