  • Fresh Air On The Cheap

I'm using a cheap-o single stage Dacor® scuba regulator and a 4.4 cu.ft. output (oilless) diaphram compressor connected by quik-connect hose to a 2" X 12" capped galvanized pipe (as a tank reservoir) that's strapped to a back-pack and covering my face and nose with an equally cheap (drug store, off the rack) face mask, and head sock to paint my parts, and thusly protect my lungs from posionous isocyanates. Everything but the frog feet. I'm going in.

    Factory Air

    From Blake:
I forgot to mention that I decided to get me a breathing set up from Autobody
Shop Supplies up in New Jersey. It comes with the compressor, 80 ft. hose and
a Tyvek hood. Air is supplied directly to the hood, keeping a positive
pressure inside. Tuck the hood inside your shirt and it exhausts in your
shirt. Keeps you cooler in Texas Heat! Recommended highly for Isocynate
    painting.

Great. Get me the info and I'll post it on the AMCA
