Well I have attached a couple of pictures of the finished product.
The tyres are small as here in England these where the only white walls I could get, this is a temporary fix, and purely cosmetic.
Apart from paint and additional nickel plate it is pretty much original externally.
Note the JD Jugs, all the top end is brand new, as are the gear box internals, it is fitted with a later carb, clutch is also new, of course new brake linings and both chains.
The fitted rims are a replacement, however it came with this design when I purchased it, (and I like my tyres to stay on), so left them.
I know it is not original, but hey didn't they change them back in the day ! just as Harley owners do today !
