  • 1917 Harley Top Engine Brackets (2)

my 1917 Harley frame is missing the top 2 engine brackets on the frame. I believe one is being reproduced but not sure of the other but I don't know what it looks like. Does anyone have a picture of the 2 of them please ?
    thanks

Page 40 from Directory of Spare Parts 1913 to 1921; old part numbers 1291 and 1292.

This one looks like 1292 (2808-12 new number):

    1291 (2806-11 new number): they don’t show a 2806-11

    2806-25 – not the same:

Dan, the only place to get a front one is Dewey Rice, It is the 25 and up style. You just go to make a spacer. The rear you all ready know who to get it from but the you will need most likely to have to mill the slots a little. The motor has to be in and bolted tight to the lower mounts to index the uppers properly. Installing these are a lot of work to get it right. Bob L
