The front fender is for Super X - smaller than a Henderson fender..........

Will these parts fit a 1915 Excelsior V-Twin?

I don't believe any parts in gsottl's picture will work on a 1915 Ex. Possibly a nut or a bolt, but the Super X was a totally redesigned Excelsior with very few parts in common with '24 and earlier Excelsiors. What parts are you looking for?
