  • BIKES AND SUPPORT TRUCK STOLEN Cannonball 2014

    SPREAD THE WORD (From Buck Carson's FB page)

    Last night, four Motorcycle Cannonball bikes and their support truck and trailer were stolen from the Hotel Murano in Tacoma, Washington. The bikes were as follows (Number 54) 1919 Harley Davidson J, (Number 73) 1926 Harley Davidson JD, (Number 76) 1931 Harley Davidson VL, (Number 99) 1928 Harley Davidson JD. The truck is a dark grey 2001 Ford F350 with Motorcycle Cannonball logos on the front doors, and the trailer is a 20 foot enclosed grey trailer with 4 windows and a large Motorcycle Cannonball logo on the rear door. I will also be posting photos of each motorcycle and the support vehicle as well.

                  Maybe one of the owner's left their cell phone in a saddlebag and on. . . . . they could locate the phone that way!

                      Last night, four Motorcycle Cannonball bikes and their support truck and trailer were stolen from the Hotel Murano in Tacoma, Washington, probably between 9:30 and 10:30 p.m.

                      The bikes were as follows:

                      (Number 54) 1919 Harley Davidson J, Mississippi antique license 9620

                      (Number 73) 1926 Harley Davidson JD, Texas license BDKX4

                      (Number 76) 1931 Harley Davidson VL, Texas license BFGR3

                      (Number 99) 1928 Harley Davi
                      dson JD, Texas license BFGV2

                      The truck is a dark grey 2001 Ford F250 with Motorcycle Cannonball logos on the front doors, Texas license 89LBC7

                      The trailer is a 2008 20-foot Doolittle enclosed grey trailer with 4 windows and a large Motorcycle Cannonball logo on the rear door. The license is Texas 41968M.

                      Below are photos of each motorcycle (click for a larger image).

                      Carson Classic Motors is offering a $20,00 reward for information that leads to the return of these machines.

                        I just talked with Shelbyinparadise, he was the driver for this support vehicle which belongs to Jon Neuman. There was also a '28 complete bike in pieces for spares, also belonging to Jon. THE CASE NUMBER IS 14-266-0150. Tacoma PD # to call with any info is as posted above, (253) 798-4721. I'll have some tag numbers in a bit to post also.
