1967 XLCH Tachometer

Hi.
My factory HD 1967 XLCH Tachometer is reading twice the revs it should.
The Tach does have 2-1 on the face and is a factory HD Tach.
This appears to be the correct one for the bike??
Might there be different tachometers for different models that would screw up the rev reading?
Assuming my tach is correct, is there a drive elsewhere that is gearing double the revs??
I am running a Fairbanks Morse magneto with the -62 drive.
Is anyone able to advise me?

The 92051-65 tach was used on the XLH and CH models, as well as in the FLH accessory kit. It was made by the English company Smiths, and was a 2:1 ratio instrument. There was only one magneto drive, and cable used on the CH. I don't think you could substitute a -70 tach due to different instrument fitting sizes.
