  • Bsa: C11G (1953)

    Greetings everyone,

I have come across what I believe is a 53' C11G for sale. The seller doesn't know what to ask for a sales price, but thinks between $3-5k. Bike is apparently titled and registered in the states and would be a clean sell.
    Engine is a 250cc 4-stroke, 4 speed transmission.
    Bike runs and rides.

I'm a potential buyer, and plan on leaving it un-restored while addressing general maintenance issues. Maybe ride the bike a few times per year.

What do you think is a fair price?
Most research I've done for these bikes put them anywhere from $1,800 and $3,000.

I'm a fair man, and don't want to rip anyone off with a low ball offer, but if it's not worth $3,000... I certainly don't want to over pay.

I appreciate any help from the experts here.

Here's a good place to start. Every transaction is an agreement (compromise?) between buyer and seller but the NADA #s are compilations of reported sales, so there is some basis for their numbers. Pick your model and there's your range of aggregate reported sales
