I need to correct the dates for the Southern National Meet. The correct dates are May 18, 19 and 20, 2012. It was previously announced that the dates were to be the 11th thru the 13th. The reason for the change in schedule is a bit complicated, but revolves around Mother's Day. We were told in 2010 that we would have the 2nd weekend of May each year. For 2012 that would fall on the 11th - 13th, but Mother's Day in 2012 falls on the 2nd Sunday, May 12. Denton FarmPark has the Fiddler's Reunion there on Mother's Day weekend (???). Obviously this was not taken into consideration when we originally started this meet. So in order to accomodate that, we were moved to the 3rd weekend, the 18th thru the 20th. Going forward, you can mark you calendars for the weekend after Mother's Day.
