I am looking for a pair of chief Y cylinders for a 35-37 model. Hoping to find some that dont need sleeving , but will consider any condition.

Check with James Solberg of Chief Crankcase company he might have either a front or a rear. I recall he had just one cylinder at Davenport meet.

It might be hard to find a pair together - I don't know.

Based on the membership survey results - I would not rely on this forum, but get your wanted add in the magazine. I would also start calling around to the big guys that deal with Indian stuff.

Toney Watson stood in my garage one day and pointed out to me what it is about the cylinders on my spare '35 Chief Engine that makes '35's one year only. I do not remember what the difference is.
